My journey in the Esoteric Arts has been a passionate one, it has led to a 25-year career as
professional international psychic healer, reiki practitioner, meditation and yoga teacher, and later
holistic counsellor.
Over the years I studied in the mind, body and spirit education gaining advanced diplomas and
certifications in Holistic Counselling, Tarot, Reiki, Feng Shui, Numerology, Astrology, Yoga,
Meditation, Human Development and Life Coaching.
During your reading I call upon my Spirit Guides, Ancestors and Ascended Master’s to channel
information that will help guide you along your divine path with deep insights and clarity. My
readings are high vibrational revealing your past, present and future bringing you greater self-
awareness, spiritual awareness, and self-acceptance.
To fully align with one’s higher self, we must first be willing to work through our fears, trauma,
childhood wounding and shadow side. Your divine light is what will always carry you through any
difficult times true healing is what it takes to move through any resistance and spiritual blockages
that you maybe encountering. Primarily my goal is to give you the tools needed to gain clarity and a
sense of who you are and where you are heading.
My psychic abilities emerged around the age of 16. It started in the dream state where my dreams
became prophetic and I would pick up on those closest to me, as I got older my psychic gifts became
much stronger and much more frequent. By the time I was in my mid-twenties I opened my first
New Age retail and Tarot business and I have read for people from all different walks of life!
I have read for a well-known radio station, been advertised in the Sunday Age Magazine, self-
published my own tarot training deck and toured holistic and psychic festivals including, Mind Body
Spirit Festival Australia, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane which I am still affiliated with.
I love yoga and meditation which I continue to practice daily, and I highly recommend it to
everybody! I used to teach it regularly several years ago when I had my Yoga and Wellbeing Studio’s
whilst doing my psychic work and studying Human development.
These days I reach clients globally with my online Holistic Counselling and Intuitive Coaching
business called Ascended Wellbeing which helps women overcome, anxiety, stress, grief, childhood
healing, by combining spirit, science, and holistic therapies for flourishing Wellbeing.
