Take 10 deep breaths in and long breaths out.

Regain Focus

Image, or say aloud: “My energy flows freely.”

Ground

Imagine, with each breath, your energy moving back-and-forth between each chakra.

Continue for another 20 breaths, then finish when you’re ready.
