What you will need:
- To be anywhere
- A few seconds
- Stop moving and pause yourself
- Release your jaw
- Lower your shoulders
- Feet placed flat on the floor
- Take a long and deep breath in [feel the air drawing into your lungs & your muscles moving along with the breath]
- Hold the breath just a second
- Release the breath out your opened mouth
- Repeat x2 [or as long as you like/have]
